ABOUT ME
Dr. Christoph Langenberg is an experienced Consultant Nephrologist dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney disease, high blood pressure, and general medical needs. He also specializes in perioperative care, ensuring patients are well-prepared before surgery and receive attentive medical care during their hospital stay post-surgery.
Dr. Langenberg graduated from the University of Göttingen, Germany, in 2001. Following his doctoral thesis (PhD), he was awarded a scholarship to continue his research about acute kidney injury in sepsis (severe infection) in Australia. He collaborated with renowned experts, including Prof. Rinaldo Bellomo (Director of Intensive Care Research Austin Health), the second most published intensivist worldwide, and Prof. Clive May, a leader in his field of Physiology at the renowned Howard-Florey Institute, Melbourne.
Dr Langenberg’s research contributions include over 20 peer-reviewed papers and several chapters in medical textbooks.
Dr Langenberg completed his specialist training in Australia and has been providing exceptional care at Knox Private Hospital and Cabrini since 2011.

Dr. Christopher Sia (MBBS, BmedSci, FRACP) is a consultant Nephrologist. Chris obtained a National Medicine Scholarship to the University of Melbourne. He completed his Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours. He obtained the highest score for the FRACP written examination and then completed his advanced training in Nephrology.
